Definitions

• “Account” means your individual dashboard or control panel on 7SearchPPC through which you manage campaigns, funds, settings, and other interactions.
• “Advertiser” means any individual or authorized representative who registers and uses 7SearchPPC to run ad campaigns.
• “Publisher” means any individual or entity who partners with 7SearchPPC to display ads on their website, blog, app, or other digital property to monetize traffic.
• “Advertisement / Ad” means any content (text, banner, native, interstitial, popunder, direct-link, in-page push, or other ad format) created or submitted by the Advertiser for distribution via 7SearchPPC’s network.
• “Services” means the set of offerings provided by 7SearchPPC — including but not limited to ad-serving, monetization, campaign management, reporting tools, and payment processing.
• “Balance” refers to the funds in the Advertiser’s account used to pay for ad placements or campaigns.
• “Campaign” means a structured set of ads with specified targeting, creatives, budget, and settings managed via the Advertiser’s dashboard.

Eligibility & Registration

• Eligibility: Users must be of legal capacity in their jurisdiction and not barred under any applicable law or regulation. If registering on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to represent it.
• Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated details during and after registration.
• Account Approval: 7SearchPPC retains sole discretion to approve or reject accounts.
• Single Account Rule: Only one account per user is permitted. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must follow all applicable laws and these Terms.

Services Provided by 7SearchPPC

• The Services operate on a self-serve model, enabling advertisers to independently create and manage campaigns.
• Advertisers must provide accurate details for creatives, URLs, and targeting criteria. Any changes must be promptly updated.
• 7SearchPPC may reject, suspend, or remove ads or campaigns at its discretion, including after approval, if content violates laws, policies, or platform standards.
• Only services explicitly listed on the platform are guaranteed. Custom services require separate written agreements.

Payment Policy

• Payment Methods & Currency: Advertisers may add funds via supported methods. All deposits convert to USD at prevailing rates.
• Platform Fees: Any transaction fee imposed by external processors is borne by the advertiser.
• Minimum Deposit Requirement: A minimum of $100 USD is required to activate or fund an account.
• Supported Payment Modes:
  • Domestic & International Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bitcoin (International)
  • UPI (India Only)
  • International Wire Transfer
• Processing Timeline: Funds are processed promptly; delays may occur due to external banking systems.
• Payment Disputes: Advertisers may report discrepancies. 7SearchPPC’s investigation outcomes shall be final.

Prohibited Content & Ad Quality Standards

To protect the integrity of the network and comply with legal standards, the following types of content and behavior are strictly prohibited:

• Ads that promote illegal activities, crime, violence, or instructions facilitating wrongdoing.
• Content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, abusive, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory toward any individual or group.
• Ads that offer or facilitate phishing, malware, spyware, adware, or other malicious or deceptive practices.
• Misleading claims — including false promises, fraudulent offers, guaranteed unrealistic gains, “get rich quick” schemes, high-risk investment scams without proper disclosure, etc.
• Promotion of restricted or illegal goods/services (weaponry, illicit narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, etc.).
• Impersonation of individuals, companies, or entities (false identity, brand misuse, misrepresentation, deep-fake content, etc.).
• Use of deceptive tactics — such as forced redirects, cloakings, hidden scripts, auto-downloads, unsolicited popups or popunders without user consent, or other intrusive user experience manipulations.
• Ads or landing pages that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights of third parties without necessary permissions or licenses.

7SearchPPC reserves absolute discretion to reject or remove any ads or campaigns that violate this policy, without prior notice.

Cancellation and Termination

1 Advertiser-Initiated Termination

You may request account deactivation at any time via the dashboard or support channel. Remaining account funds are valid for refund only until your account is active. No remaining amount would be refunded post-account closure or termination.

Note: Refunds are solely based on the user's request, and may vary from case to case. 7SearchPPC has the right to issue or reject refunds based on its policy guidelines.

2 Platform-Initiated Termination

7SearchPPC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies. All decisions made on this matter will be final. Under such situations, we shall be under no obligation to refund any amount remaining in your account.

Account Confidentiality

Advertisers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse remains the sole liability of the advertiser. Any violation resulting from shared credentials may lead to suspension or termination.

Jurisdiction

You agree to adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws, regulations, and advertising standards applicable to your campaigns, content, and operations.

This Agreement and its enforcement shall be governed by the applicable laws under which 7SearchPPC is incorporated (or from the jurisdiction specified by 7SearchPPC). All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9.1 Detailed Eligibility Conditions

To access and use the 7SearchPPC platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Must possess a valid and active email address and maintain access to a secure and reliable internet connection for the duration of your use of the platform.
2. Must not access or use the platform if you are located in, operating from, or conducting business within any country, region, or jurisdiction that is subject to trade sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or other prohibitions applicable to 7SearchPPC services.
3. Must not have previously been involved in activities that constitute policy violations, account suspensions, fraudulent practices, or any conduct deemed harmful, deceptive, or non-compliant by 7SearchPPC.
4. If registering or operating an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you must be duly authorized to represent, bind, and act on behalf of such entity with respect to all activities conducted on the platform.
5. Agree to adhere to and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and advertising standards governing your use of the 7SearchPPC platform.

Failure to meet any of these standards may result in immediate denial of service.

Reporting, Measurement & No Guarantees

• 7SearchPPC provides real-time reporting via the advertiser dashboard — including impressions, clicks, spend, conversions (where applicable), and other available metrics.
• While 7SearchPPC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting, it does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of external measurements, third-party tracking integration, or conversions derived from ad traffic.
• 7SearchPPC gives no warranties or assurances (express or implied) regarding performance, conversion rate, ROI, revenue, or other business outcomes resulting from your campaigns.
• Advertisers are fully responsible for campaign optimization, compliance with applicable advertising laws/regulations, and evaluation of results.

Participation Requirements

• Content Ownership: Advertisers must hold valid rights, licenses, or permissions for all creatives, content, and intellectual property used in their campaigns.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your content; 7SearchPPC does not claim ownership over your intellectual property.
• Platform Rights: All trademarks, software elements, interfaces, designs, and proprietary technology of 7SearchPPC are the exclusive property of 7SearchPPC (or Logelite Pvt. Ltd.). Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, reverse-engineering, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms

• 7SearchPPC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
• The effective version will always be the one posted on the website under “Terms & Conditions,”.
• It is the user’s responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after posting changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Data Usage, Tracking & Privacy Compliance

By using the platform, the advertiser acknowledges and agrees that:

• 7SearchPPC may collect, store, process, and utilize data related to campaigns, user activity, device identifiers, traffic sources, cookies, and tracking pixels for operational, optimization, and reporting purposes.
• Advertisers are solely responsible for obtaining required consents and disclosures from end-users, as mandated by applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, or equivalent regional data protection frameworks.
• The advertiser must ensure that its websites, landing pages, and data practices comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and tracking regulations.
• Any breach of privacy laws or misuse of data may result in immediate account suspension, financial penalties, and/or legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 7SearchPPC, its parent company (Logelite Pvt. Ltd.), affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or service partners be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or economic damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or reputation;
• Financial or operational loss arising from campaign setup, ad performance, publisher traffic quality, third-party integrations, downtime, technical issues, delays, or service interruptions;
• Reliance placed on campaign metrics, analytics, or reporting tools.

In all cases, 7SearchPPC’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the advertiser to 7SearchPPC in the preceding 30 days from the date a claim first arose.

Indemnification

The advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7SearchPPC, Logelite Pvt. Ltd., and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Content, creatives, landing pages, keywords, advertisements, or offers promoted by the advertiser;
• Violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or third-party proprietary rights;
• Breach of these Terms or applicable legal, regulatory, or advertising standards;
• Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or deceptive marketing practices;
• Harm, damage, or loss caused to any user, third party, or regulatory body resulting from advertiser campaigns.

This obligation shall survive termination or expiration of the advertiser’s account.

Force Majeure

7SearchPPC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, delays, interruptions, or errors arising solely or partially due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes;
• War, civil unrest, terrorism, embargoes, sanctions, government actions, or regulatory restrictions;
• Network failures, global or regional internet outages, power shortages, hosting provider interruptions, or cyberattacks;
• Epidemics, pandemics, or unforeseen public health emergencies.

During such periods, services may be suspended without liability, and obligations shall resume once conditions normalize.

Corporate Identity

7SearchPPC is an online advertising platform owned and operated by Logelite Private Limited. The platform functions as a proprietary digital advertising ecosystem that delivers performance-driven ad solutions to advertisers and provides monetization opportunities to publishers across global markets. All products, services, trademarks, technologies, and related intellectual property offered under the 7SearchPPC brand remain the exclusive property of Logelite Private Limited.

Third-Party Integrations & Tools

7SearchPPC may integrate with third-party services, such as tracking platforms, analytics software, payment gateways, and monetization partners. Such services operate independently. 7SearchPPC does not guarantee performance, continuity, or accuracy of these tools and is not liable for downtime, data errors, tracking discrepancies, or financial losses caused by them.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms.

Traffic Quality Disclaimer

7SearchPPC acts solely as a connector between advertisers and publishers. Traffic originates from independent publishers whose content, audience quality, or source behavior 7SearchPPC does not control.

7SearchPPC does not warrant the nature, intent, or quality of user interactions (clicks, impressions, or conversions) and cannot guarantee the absence of invalid, low-quality, or fraudulent traffic. Advertisers are expected to monitor results and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 7SearchPPC regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Failure by 7SearchPPC to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of 7SearchPPC. 7SearchPPC may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
