Setting up Postback S2S (Server-to-Server) Tracking in Voluum allows you to track conversions and optimize your campaigns without relying on cookies or pixel tracking. Here is a step-by-step guide to setting up Postback S2S Tracking in Voluum:

Step 1: Before You Begin, Here’s What to Have on Hand

The first step is to double-check that you have the following essentials to avoid any delays during the setup process.

  • An Active Voluum Account: Make sure your Voluum tracking account is set up and active. If you don’t already have one, you can create a Voluum account before moving forward.
  • An Active 7SearchPPC Advertiser Account: Confirm that your 7SearchPPC advertiser account is active and ready to run ad campaigns. If you don’t have an advertiser account yet, don’t worry! You can easily sign up in just a few steps.
  • An Offer/Product to Promote: You should have a clear offer or product to advertise.
  • A Landing Page (Optional): While not required, having a dedicated landing page can help optimize your campaign and increase conversions.

Step 2: Sign In as an Advertiser on 7SearchPPC

Now that you're familiar with the basics, it's time to log in to your 7SearchPPC advertiser account. If you already have an account, follow the steps below to sign in:

  1. Go to www.7searchppc.com
  2. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner.
  3. Select "As an Advertiser" and click "Continue."
  4. Enter your email and password.
  5. Once your credentials are entered, click the "Log In" button to access your 7SearchPPC dashboard.

Step 3: Locate and Copy the Postback URL from the Tracking Section

After signing in to your 7SearchPPC advertiser account, navigate to the Tracking section in the left-hand navigation bar. Select Voluum from the list of available trackers, then scroll down to find the Postback URL. Simply copy this URL as you'll need it for the next steps in the setup process.

Step 4: Head Over to the Voluum Platform

Now, head over to the Voluum tracker platform and sign in to your account. Once you’re logged in, you’re ready to start the tracking setup process.

Step 5: Add 7SearchPPC as a Traffic Source

After signing in to the Voluum tracker, navigate to the 'Traffic Sources' button and click 'Create'.

The 'Add Traffic Source' page will open, where you can either search for '7SearchPPC' in the 'Search by Traffic Source Name' field or, if you find it in the list, select it directly and hit the 'Next' button.

Step 6: Paste the Postback URL

After clicking the 'Next' button, the page will appear, where you will see the parameters auto-filled and auto-replaced. Scroll down to the section 'Passing Conversion Info to Traffic Source' and paste the postback URL you copied from 7SearchPPC.

Step 7: Integrate the Affiliate Network with the Voluum Tracker

If you are an affiliate, you must connect your CPA network with Voluum. Go to Affiliate Networks from the top menu in the Voluum dashboard. Click ‘Create’, search for your network by name, select the template, click ‘Next’, fill in the required details, and then click ‘Save’.

Step 8: Complete the Offer Tracking Setup

This step helps you add and configure your offer inside Voluum so it can track conversions correctly.

  • Click on "Offers" in the Voluum tracker dashboard.
  • Hit the "Create" button to add a new offer.
  • Fill in the necessary offer details (name, offer URL, etc.).
  • Once done, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Step 9: Create a Campaign on Voluum

Now that you've integrated your traffic source (7SearchPPC) with Voluum and set up the offers, it's time to create a campaign and obtain the destination URL.

  • Go to the 'Campaigns' tab at the top, then click the 'Create' button.

The page will open, where you need to choose your desired campaign setup. After selecting either the 'Simple' or 'Advanced' option, click the 'Next' button. To help you understand, we are choosing the 'Simple' option.

  • The campaign setup page will now open. In the traffic source field, enter '7SearchPPC.'

  • Fill in all the required fields, such as the traffic type, campaign name, cost model, transition between the ad and campaign funnel (e.g., Redirect or Direct), campaign destination, etc.

  • Now, go to the 'Offers' section and open the dropdown list. You'll see an offer you added earlier in Voluum. Select it, and then click 'Save'.

Once the campaign is created in Voluum, copy the Destination URL. It will be used in the next step.

Step 10: Test Your Conversion Tracking Setup

Take a moment to confirm that your conversion tracking is working properly. From your advertiser dashboard on 7SearchPPC, click on ‘Tracking’ in the left-hand menu to open the Conversion Tracking page. Select ‘Test Conversion’, paste the Destination URL you copied from Voluum, and then run the test.

You will be taken to the page where you want the conversion to happen. Complete the intended action, such as filling out a form or registering.

Once done, return to the conversion tracking page—if everything is set up correctly, you’ll see “Test Conversions Tracked: 1,” indicating that 7SearchPPC has successfully received your conversion data.

The conversion data will also be shown in the Voluum tracker.

Step 11: Set Up and Launch Your Campaign at 7SearchPPC

Now that you have successfully tested your conversion, it’s time to create a campaign.

Select “Campaigns” from the left navigation bar, then click “Create Campaign.” Choose your preferred Ad Type and click the “Start” button. The campaign setup page will open. Paste the URL you copied from Voluum into the Destination URL section of the 7SearchPPC campaign setup form.

Then, fill in all the campaign details, such as the campaign category, campaign name, ad title and description, targeting and bidding settings, and ad creatives (if required). After cross-checking all the details, hit the 'submit' button.

Step1: Log in to your 7SearchPPC Advertiser Account

The first step is to log in to 7SearchPPC as an advertiser. To get started, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of 7SearchPPC
  • Click the Login button in the top-right corner, then select As an Advertiser and click Continue.
  • Enter your email address and password, then click on login to access your account.
  • Once logged in successfully, you will be directed to the 7SearchPPC Advertiser Dashboard.

Locate and Copy the Postback URL from 7SearchPPC

In the Advertiser Dashboard, go to the Tracking section and click on it. Select the RedTrack Tracker from the available list of trackers, then scroll down to locate the Postback URL. Simply copy that URL.

Step 2: Proceed to the RedTrack Platform

  2. Once logged in, you’ll reach the RedTrack dashboard
  3. This is where campaign setup and postback tracking are managed. 

Find the Traffic Channels Option and Add 7SearchPPC

After successfully logging in, click Traffic channels, then click New from Template. A new page will appear where you can search for 7SearchPPC. Once located, click the Add button to continue.

Fill out S2S Postback Template

After clicking Add, a pop-up will appear with an S2S postback template that already contains a URL. Remove that URL, then paste the postback URL you copied from 7SearchPPC and click the save button.

Step 3: RedTrack Integration for Affiliate Networks & Custom Advertiser,

After selecting the offer source, choose one of the following options:

  • New from Template – if you are using an affiliate network
  • New from Scratch – if you are a direct advertiser

If You Are an Affiliate

After clicking New from Template, the traffic channels catalog opens. Search for the affiliate network you worked with, then click Add.

Once you have added the affiliate network, a new pop-up will open. Complete the required details and then save.

For a Custom Advertiser

If you are a Custom Advertiser, choose New from Scratch. On the page, enter the details, and click Save to complete the setup.

Step 4: Go Ahead and Create an Offer

Click the Offer option, then fill in all required fields. Most importantly, in the URL section, paste the Postback URL provided by 7SearchPPC.

Step 5: Create New Lander

Click on the Lander option if you are an advertiser and not an affiliate. Choose Create New Lander, fill in the required details, especially selecting the necessary Macros, and then save.

Important:
Only select macros that are available in the 7SearchPPC macro list. Do not use unsupported macros. Below are the macros we offer.

Step 6: Click on Script Under the Tools Option

Go to the Script section and click Create New Script. Fill in the details and save it. Then, copy the generated Script URL and paste it into your website’s header.

Step 7: Click on the Conversion Tracking

Go to Conversion Tracking and click on Conversion Tracking Builder. Choose your integration type—either affiliate network or custom advertiser—and then complete the required details. After completing these details, click on Generate.

Copy the Postback Script

A page will appear displaying the following options:

  • Conversion Tracking Pixel
  • Postback Script
  • 1st-Party Postback Script
 

Finally, copy the Postback Script URL. You need to paste this URL into your website wherever you want to track conversions, whether on a sign-up, purchase, or thank-you page.

Step 8: The Important Part: Create a Campaign

After clicking on the campaign option, you need to create a new campaign and fill in all the details, such as Name, Traffic Channel, Domain, etc.

Scroll down and add S2S Postback URL

Once this information is entered, scroll down to the S2S Postback section. Click Add, and your previously saved URL will automatically appear. No further action is needed in this section.

After that, Fill Out Funnel Section

After filling out the S2S URL, go to the Funnel section, select the offer and lander you created, and click Save. If you are an affiliate, all you need to do is select the “Offer” option and add your offer.

Step 9: Copy the Campaign URL from RedTrack

After creating the campaign on the RedTrack tracker, you will see it listed in the Campaign section. Simply copy the campaign URL from here.

Step 10: After Setting up the Postback URL, Test Conversion

Before finishing, ensure your conversion tracking works. In your 7SearchPPC dashboard, go to Tracking → Conversion Tracking, select Test Conversion, paste your Destination URL, and run the test.

After that, you will be taken to the page where the conversion should occur—complete the action (e.g., submit a form or register). Return to the conversion tracking page; if set up correctly, it will show "Test Conversions Tracked: 1," indicating you have successfully tested and received the correct data.

Similarly, you will see the conversion on the RedTrack dashboard.

Step 11: Now, Create Your Campaign on 7SearchPPC

After successfully testing your conversion, proceed to create a campaign on 7SearchPPC. Complete all the required details for your ad campaign as instructed on the platform. Once all required details are filled in, paste the URL you copied from RedTrack into the Destination URL field, then click “Submit” to launch your ad campaign.
