A Tradition We Look Forward to Every Single Year
At 7SearchPPC, we believe great work deserves great celebration. That’s why every year we set aside one special day to say thank you to our team — a day filled with fun, laughter, and pure good vibes.
This year, that day arrived on 29th August 2026, and it was everything we look forward to and more. It’s become a beautiful tradition for us — a chance to step away from screens for a bit, not because work is a burden, but because our people deserve moments of joy that are just as important as their achievements.
The energy was set right from the start. Our CEO and Founder Jitendra Kumar Mishra, along with Co-Founder and Director Priyamba Mishra, kicked off the event at 10 AM sharp, cheering everyone on for the day ahead. There was excitement in the air, smiles all around, and that warm feeling of being part of a team that truly values you.
This is what makes 7SearchPPC special. We don’t just build campaigns together; we build memories too, and honestly, when your team is happy and recharged, that positivity naturally reflects in their work.
Lights, Camera, Fun Loading…
Yeah, the scene on the ground was way too dramatic! It felt like everyone traveled back in time [without a time machine, of course], playing with the same joy and mischief they used to in their childhood days.

Straight From the Team!
A Mini Gallery of Happiness!
Every event has its own little stories that stay with people long after the day ends. Here are a few moments that stood out:
Playing Through the Pain: Sanidhya led his cricket team from the front despite an injury. His team still lost — hard luck, champ!
The “Wide” Conspiracy: Adnan had a special talent for turning dot balls into wides. Naturally, a few “match-fixing” jokes followed!
Race to the Bottom: Dibang and Musa tried their best to score high but somehow ended up with the lowest score. Effort: 10/10.
The Oscar-Worthy Injury: Ansh faked a leg injury during the kabaddi match to earn sympathy points. The “injury” vanished the moment his team won!
Leadership on the Field: Jitendra Mishra (Founder & CEO, 7SearchPPC) and Priyamba Mishra (Co-Founder & Director, 7SearchPPC) were spotted enjoying the moment together.
Team Effort, Pure Joy: The Kho-Kho matches brought pure joy, especially when teams teamed up to catch their rivals.
Goals On and Off the Field: Just as we help our clients hit their goals, the football field saw equally determined kicks toward the goalposts.
Smashing Good Time: Pickleball and Badminton courts stayed packed with energy, smashes, and non-stop excitement.

It doesn’t matter whether the sun is giving us a hard time or rain is making the field sloppy; all that matters is winning and giving tough competition.
A Heartfelt Message From the Directors’ Table
If working together helps us achieve business goals, then playing together builds something equally important: team spirit. Employees shouldn’t be tied to their desks chasing deadlines all day long; they should also step outside, move around, and engage in some form of activity to stay healthy.
At 7SearchPPC, we’ve adopted a culture that encourages us to focus on our physical and mental health, and we are determined to continue it. In the future, we’re going to organize more such corporate leagues to give our employees the break they deserve for their continuous hard work.
– Jitendra Kumar Mishra [Founder & CEO | 7SearchPPC]
It was exciting to see the funny fights over rules and scores. Playing games together strengthens cross-department bonds and creates a better workplace. It was truly one of the most amazing days of the year. Soon, we’ll be organizing more such corporate leagues.”
– Priyamba Mishra [Co-Founder & Director | 7SearchPPC]
